This filter allows trapped grease to drain through the filter baffles directly into the drip tray below, this filter can also be cleaned on a regular basis to elongate its life.

Baffle Filters are generally used in commercial kitchens and are constructed from type 4 Stainless Steel with a unique design concept of non grease loading to prevent a fire hazard.

When this filters needs to be cleaned we recommend soaking it overnight in a mild detergent solution then washing off any remaining grease by passing water through the filter.
